We are happy to announce we have re-opened and are looking forward to welcoming you back to our office. We’ve missed seeing everyone these last few months.

Your safety has always been and continues to be our paramount concern. From the onset of the COVID-19 virus outbreak we have taken additional precautions to increase prevention through office protocols, even surpassing current recommendations. We want to reassure all our patients that in addition to effective and strict sterilization standards in our clinical areas we have added new measures and increased the frequency of multiple protocols to further protect our patients and staff.

Office Protection Enhancements: 

• Full Personal Protective Equipment for our clinical team, masks, gloves, face shields, gowns, scrubs.

• Plexiglass partition installed at our reception desk.

• COVID-19 daily screening and temperature checks for all staff.

• Multiple commercial grade “Surgically Clean Air” air exchange units in our clinical area and separate one in the reception area. Surgically Clean Air Info .

• Seating waiting area is closed off; we will be sending patients directly to a treatment room.

• Signage on our door instructing any person experiencing symptoms to not enter and call the office for assistance.

• Station at entrance providing patients with hand sanitizer, masks and gloves.

• Floor indicators to maintain social distancing.

• Removal of our coffee station and all magazines and toys.

• Clinical operatories undergo an additional diligent and thorough Covid-19 focused disinfection between every patient.

• Office scheduling changed to reduce number of patients and staff in the office.

We are welcoming back patients and have implemented new COVID-19 changes to our appointments to make everything even safer for your return. We are committed to keeping our office and community healthy and we appreciate your support in these new measures.

Appointment safety changes:

• Additional length added to all appointments to allow for screening and infection control measures.

• Pre-screening of all patients in advance of their appointment

• Secondary COVID-19 screening of patients at appointment.

• Minimizing the number of people in the office. We will only be allowing patients booked for treatment in the office (exceptions for parents of young children and caregivers).

• All patients asked to wait in your car and call us upon your arrival and we will inform you if your room is ready for you as there is no seating available.

• Patients asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entering the clinic.

• Temperature taken by touchless thermometer.

• Gloves and masks available at front to all patients.

• Hydrogen peroxide pre-rinse and hand washing stations at entrance to all operatories.

• Headphones no longer provided. Patients are welcome to bring their own set.

To protect yourself and the safety of the community, please practice safety measures set forth by the public health authorities, before and after you enter the clinic. Please wash hands and use hand sanitizers available in the office. Masks and gloves are not required but will be available to you for your comfort if needed.
